Pitch Marking Demo
Russell Square
17:30 – 18:00
Did you know BNUSC is run entirely by volunteers (that's right, every coach, committee member, coordinator, even the people you suspect may actually live at Russell Square!), we're ALL volunteers! We’re inviting parents and players to come along and learn how to use our soccer pitch marking machine—it’s easy, quick, and a huge help!
If a few of us can take turns marking the lines every couple of weeks, it will save our President Dave doing it in torrential rain on a public holiday. Even just one pitch each.
The council mark the lines for us at the start of the season, but it's up to us to maintain them. And it's not a big job if it gets done regularly. Get your daily step count up, pop on some headphones and off you go! It's practically a meditation and mindfulness self care session!
Join us for a quick demo with our VP Nic, and help keep our club running strong!

Fun, social walking soccer for all BNUSC mums and women.
No experience or fitness required. Very low impact!

Runners & comfortable clothing
Water bottle
Sense of humour
Session will include:
Warm Up - Low Impact / Walking (no running or jumping)
Walking Soccer Drills (shoot some goals and kick off some steam!)
Walking Soccer Mini Game (15-20 mins)
Cool Down / Stretch / Laugh

Kids welcome to join in the warm ups and drills, then play nearby or cheer on Mum for the Mini Game!
A great opportunity to meet some other women and mums around the club. Without our volunteers, mum's taxi drivers, coaches, team managers, orange cutters etc there would be no Sunday soccer! This is our chance to celebrate our women and have a bit of fun.
