About Us

Founded in 1974 by the merging of two existing clubs, Ballarat North United Soccer Club (BNUSC) is one of Ballarat and District Soccer Association’s largest and strongest clubs.

Our club home at Russell Square has great facilities including pitches for all age groups and four change rooms.

We are a family-friendly club and warmly welcome players of all abilities. BNUSC is committed to the health and safety of all its members, proudly achieving Good Sports Level 3 accreditation.

Our dedicated team of coaches, team managers, volunteers and committee members ensure players are coached and supported in accordance with the spirit of the game, with participation, development and enjoyment our priority.

Codes of Conduct

The Ballarat North United Soccer Club would like all Club Associates to read and familiarise themselves with the relevant Codes of Conduct/Behaviour and Conditions of Entry which can be viewed and downloaded below.

It is vital that everyone involved in Football, whether they are players, coaches, members, officials, volunteers, parents or spectators, understand their responsibilities to ensure that all participants enjoy the sport in a safe and family friendly environment. Through our affiliation with Football Federation Victoria (FFV), failure to comply with any of the Codes of Behaviour will be met with sanctions, as outlined in BNUSC Constitution and the FFV Grievance, Disciplinary and Tribunal By-Law.

Policies

As of 1 January 2017, the Victorian Child Wellbeing and Safety Amendment Act 2015 requires sports clubs to meet “Child Safe Standards” (The Standards).
